Holiday Rates

  • Holiday stays require a 3-night minimum.

Reservation Details

  • A deposit is required for all reservations.

  • You are guaranteed a site or rental unit; preferences are honored when possible but not guaranteed.

  • All rates apply to one RV per site.

  • Monthly and long-term reservations include water and sewer (electric billed separately where applicable).

  • Monthly campsite rates are plus electric, local and state taxes
  • All RV sites are gravel
  • All reservations have a resort fee
  • NO Tent Camping Allowed
  • Recreational Vehicles Must be RVIA Seal Certified and fall under RVIA Standards

Cancellation Policy

  • More than 7 days prior to arrival:
    A credit will be issued for a future stay and must be used within 60 days.

  • We do not issue refunds.

  • Monthly and holiday reservations:
    Require 30 days advance notice to receive a credit.

  • ****All Rates of less than 6 months are subject to lodging tax****

General Cabin Rental Information

  • Linens are provided in all rental cabins.

  • Pets are allowed only in designated pet-friendly units.

    • Please inform us at the time of booking if you will be bringing a pet.

    • A pet fee applies for all pet-friendly cabin stays.

    • $200 damage deposit required at check-in

    • Linens provided

    • Non-refundable pet fee: $50.00 (required at check-in)

    • Pets permitted only in designated “pet-friendly” units

    • All rates are subject to change without notice

    • All reservations have a resort fee

  • Daily and weekly rates include electric, water, and sewer.

  • All rates apply to one unit per site or a cabin with up to 4-person occupancy.

  • Occupancy maximums apply per site and rental unit.
